Connecting your account

You connect the TikTok account you own through TikTok's own authorization screen. SalesShortcut sends you to TikTok, TikTok asks whether you want to grant access, and TikTok sends you back once you decide. SalesShortcut never asks for your TikTok password and never sees it.

Before we send you to TikTok, we show you exactly what you are about to authorize: which account will be connected, that SalesShortcut will read the videos and comments on that account, that SalesShortcut may publish videos you approve, that SalesShortcut may submit replies you approve, and that you can disconnect later.

Publishing video content

Upload a video to your SalesShortcut workspace and review it before it goes anywhere. The publishing screen shows the TikTok account the post is going to, a preview of the video, and an editable caption and hashtags.

You choose the settings for every post individually. Nothing is preselected:

You then confirm TikTok's Music Usage Confirmation and press publish, or schedule the post for a later time. SalesShortcut reports the real publishing status — uploading, processing, published, or failed — based on what TikTok tells us, not a guess.

Managing comments

Comments on the videos your connected account owns are collected into a single inbox. Each one shows the author, the comment text, when it was written, and any replies already on it.

SalesShortcut drafts a suggested reply for you. You read it, edit it however you like, and press Send Reply. The reply is submitted to TikTok only after you press that button. SalesShortcut does not reply automatically, does not send the same reply to many comments, and does not delete or hide anyone's comments.

Staying in control

Your connection settings show which permissions you granted and when your account last synchronized. From there you can disconnect TikTok, delete the TikTok information SalesShortcut has cached, and remove the video files you uploaded. Disconnecting revokes our access with TikTok immediately and stops all further requests to your account.
